I’m pleased to have a photo from my Declarations series featured on writer/artist extraordinaire Mark Alice Durant’s “Saint Lucy”. And, I’m beyond honored to announce Mark has contributed an exceptional essay for my upcoming book “Trying to Find the Ocean”. The photobook is in its final stages. For those who may not know of Saint Lucy, be sure to check the art journal/website out! Mark is a gifted interviewer and writer covering contemporary art & photography.
I’m honored to be featured in Issue 4 of “Petty Thieves.” The publication will be released during the LA Art Book Fair at the end of this month. Huge thanks to the ambitious crew at Empty Stretch!
In December, Larissa Leclair, founder of The Indie Photobook Library, listed their Petty Thieves #3 as one of her top photobooks of 2013 for Photoeye’s annual year-end roundup. Big congratulations to Empty Stretch!

A giant THANK YOU to the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center and the city’s Mural Arts Program for selecting my photograph to display on a billboard outside 30th Street Station. It was an honor to sit tall outside the train station on JFK Boulevard. 40 billboards throughout Philadelphia featured photos from the Philly Photo Day exhibition during December, 2013.
On Friday, Oct. 18th, 1,561 people made a photograph in Philadelphia, which were then printed and hung at the Philly Photo Day Gallery from Nov. 14th – thru Dec. 28th (120 N. 3rd St, Old City).
